In over a day of operations, the Philippine Red Cross reaches out to thousands of Filipinos. Through its many major services, the organization plays a critical role in the emergency response field in the country. A day without PRC on the ground puts the already vulnerable in riskier, more alarming situations.
However, in our goal to bring timely, effective, and compassionate assistance to those who need it, we are also tasked with the challenge of strengthening our capability to provide these services – either by increasing the number of our well-trained volunteers or expanding our donor base.
This MVR5, it is our intent to do both.
